Grindings #007: Instaprov
This past week I performed in an Instagram based improv show called Instaprov. The group was small, and we had only a couple rehearsals before our first performance, but the show went very well. Finding other ways to be inspired for improv other than a ‘one word suggestion’ is unique, and allows for even more exploration on stage.
A friend of mine moved out here this weekend, and now, for the first time in 3+ years I have a roommate. Someone to bounce ideas off of, someone to argue with, someone to share some beers with, it should be a nice change of pace.
Everything is going incredibly good right now.
Oh, and I met Damon Wayans while I was working at Westside Comedy. We kicked the tires around for a bit and I asked him to be on the podcast; we’ll see.
