Grindings #010: Bad Audition

Yesterday I had an improv audition. It didn’t go well. Improv is all about trust and working well with people. When you have an audition with folks you don’t know, that obviously can be tough and bad improv is generally a result of it.

Now in no way am I putting the onus on anyone other than me, I am just saying I struggled with people I wasn’t comfortable with and it made for a difficult audition process. You want to be high spirits, you want to be high energy and you want to feel good about the product you put out on the stage, I didn’t.

It’s tough, but it happens. Learn from it, and move on. On to the next one.

Also hit up the Getty Center; good times. Turns out I’m a Monet fan.
